Ross is the founder and CEO of Rosaprima, the largest grower and distributor of luxury, estate-grown roses in Ecuador and one of the largest and most well-respected floriculture businesses in the world. The company selects, grows, and distributes over 100 million stems of the rarest and most unique rose varieties via a specialized network of over 25,000 florists worldwide.

As the company’s Chief Executive Officer for over two decades, he is responsible for overseeing its business strategy and vision, partnerships, and stakeholder relationships.
Ross holds a master’s degree in business administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and he serves on several corporate boards.
