Delaware Valley Floral Group (DVFG) Acquiring Ferris Bros, Wholesale Florist

Sewell, NJ - The Delaware Valley Floral Group (DVFG) has reached an agreement to
acquire Ferris Brothers Wholesale Florist, located in Middlesex, New Jersey. DVFG will
acquire certain assets of the company through an asset purchase agreement. Ferris Brothers
Wholesale was established in 1950 and has been managed by the Ferris family across
generations. Ferris Brothers has been serving professional florists and event organizers in
New Jersey, and New York. The business will be consolidated into DVFlora, a division of
DVFG.
